The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals below this amount are not processed. Maximum limits per transaction and per period (daily, weekly, monthly) vary based on VIP level and account verification history. VIP Black users have unlimited withdrawal limits.

Active bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — you must meet the rollover requirement specified in each promotion to convert the bonus into real money available for withdrawal. Real money balance from deposits can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of any active bonus status. The rollover is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings generated by the bonus can be withdrawn. The 8857n reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited to an account remain valid until their original expiry date, except in cases of Terms violations by the user.
Important: If bonus abuse is suspected — including bonus arbitrage, coordinated use by groups of users, or any strategy aimed at exploiting promotions contrary to the spirit of the offer — the 8857n may cancel the bonuses and associated winnings and close the accounts involved.
A bet is only considered valid once the on-screen confirmation displaying the bet reference number is shown. Pending bets that did not receive confirmation will not be processed. The 8857n recommends that users keep a record of each bet for the purpose of any potential disputes.
The 8857n strives to keep odds accurate across all markets — Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC, e-sports, and other events. However, errors can occur. In the event of a clearly incorrect odd (one that is manifestly disproportionate to the market), the platform reserves the right to void bets placed at that odd and refund the wagered amount. Users who identify odds errors and intentionally place bets to exploit them are subject to bet cancellation and account closure.
If an event is cancelled before it starts, all pre-game bets are fully refunded. If an event is postponed to a date within 72 hours of the original schedule, pre-game bets remain valid. Postponements beyond 72 hours result in automatic refunds. Live bets are settled based on the result at the time of interruption, in accordance with the specific rules for each sport.
Cash out is available on selected bets and allows you to close a bet before the final result for the value shown on screen at the time of the request. The cash out amount is calculated in real time and may be higher or lower than the original stake. The 8857n does not guarantee cash out availability on all events — the feature may be temporarily suspended due to specific in-game situations or technical limitations.
Parlay bets (accumulators) combine the odds of all selections into a single slip. For the parlay to win, every selection must be correct. If one selection in a parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated without that selection. Parlays that include bets on events from the same match or on correlated markets may be declined by the platform.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is certified and reflects the average percentage returned to the player over the long term, not within any individual session.

In the event of closure due to a violation, bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned upon completion of any investigations.
Users who opt into the voluntary self-exclusion program for responsible gambling reasons will have their account deactivated for the chosen period — from 30 days to permanent.
